Barley Beef is offered by Rastovich Family Farms, Deschutes County's first Century Farm. We offer all natural beef, raised with care and sustainability. We believe in providing the highest quality beef and strive to ensure that our customers are getting a product that is healthy, nutritious, and delicious.

We've been farming and ranching in Central Oregon for over a century, carrying on the traditions of our ancestors - from our care of the land to feeding cows spent grains from the beer-making process!
Our roots were put down in 1919 by George Rastovich. Today, Barley Beef is a multi-generational ranch serving the people of Central Oregon, feeding our cattle the same way our grandfather & great-grand father did: good grass and spent grains from beer!
Let us tell you a little bit about what we do. We partner with several breweries in Central Oregon to take their spent grains (what would otherwise end up in a landfill) and feed it to our cows.
