What will I get?
It depends on how much you buy: 1/8 beef, 1/4 beef, 1/2 beef, or a full cow. When you buy a full cow, you get all the cuts available. When you buy a 1/2 cow or 1/4 cow, you get the same cuts as you would a full cow, only 1/2 or 1/4 the weight.

Cost: $6.50/hanging pound
"Hanging pound" is the amount the animal weighed BEFORE it has been cut and wrapped. The "net weight" (the weight of the actual meat that will be delivered to you) will be about 60-63% of the hanging weight.
