A Sampler Pack is perfect if you are wanting to try out Barley Beef for the first time, or if you simply do not have enough room in the freezer for a ¼ beef. This comprehensive 25 lb. box contains a combination of the following:
Sample Packs include "about" 25 pound box containing an assortment of cuts, we try and get a primal steak (Rib steak, NY, tenderloin), and then a mixture of roasts, ground beef and other cuts.
*All meat is individually wrapped (ground beef in 1 lb. packages) and is delivered frozen.
